Because Strainforceai sells scheduled consultation services rather than physical goods, this Return Policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules for Morning Blueprint Consult, Weekly Rhythm Audit, and Seasonal Life Reset Program purchases made through strainforceai.world or direct booking.
1. Nature of Our Products
Consultation products are time-based services delivered in person at Jevnakervegen 3, 2870 Dokka, Norway, or via secure video. Once a session begins, the service is considered consumed for that appointment slot. Digital templates provided after sessions are supplementary materials, not standalone products.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer in Norway or the EEA, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts unless an exception applies. By booking a session on a specific date within the withdrawal period, you may request early commencement and acknowledge that if you cancel after the session is fully performed within the period, the right of withdrawal is lost for that completed service.
3. Cancellation by Client
3.1 More Than 48 Hours Before Session
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least forty-eight hours notice before the confirmed start time. We will offer alternative dates or a full refund of prepaid fees within ten business days using the original payment method where possible.
3.2 Between 24 and 48 Hours
Cancellations in this window may incur an administrative fee of twenty percent of the session price to cover reserved time, with the remainder refunded or applied to a rescheduled session within sixty days.
3.3 Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show
Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session fee unless we agree otherwise due to documented emergencies such as severe illness or travel disruption beyond your control.
4. Cancellation by Strainforceai
If we must cancel due to consultant illness, technical failure, or force majeure, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost. We will notify you as soon as practicable via your provided contact details.
5. Multi-Session Packages
For Weekly Rhythm Audit and Seasonal Life Reset Program, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel the remaining portion with forty-eight hours notice before the next scheduled appointment. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Materials already delivered remain available for personal use as licensed in our Terms of Use.
6. Dissatisfaction With Service
If you believe a session did not meet the agreed scope, contact office@strainforceai.world within seven days describing the concern. We will review notes and offer a reasonable remedy such as a follow-up call at no charge or partial credit toward another product. This does not guarantee specific routine outcomes.
7. Payment Errors and Duplicate Charges
Report duplicate or incorrect charges within thirty days. Verified errors will be corrected promptly with refund of the excess amount.
8. How to Request a Refund or Change

9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues directly. Unfounded chargebacks may affect future booking eligibility.

Contracts with organizations may include separate cancellation terms signed in writing. Where no separate terms exist, this policy applies unless mandatory consumer rules override.
